Joe Lowe

Lead Pastor

Joe has been in vocational ministry since 2018 where he began his career as a part-time youth director at First Baptist Church of Junction City, AR. From there, he has served as Director of Student Ministries at FUMC- El Dorado, AR, Student Pastor at First Baptist of De Kalb, TX, Lead Pastor at Olla Methodist Church in LA, and currently serves here at Carlisle FMC as Lead Pastor. He has a beautiful family, a wife and two sons. He has a heart to lead all people, young and old, into a deep and passionate relationship with Jesus!

Jo McCallie

Music Director

Jo McCallie has faithfully served as the Music Director at Carlisle Methodist for the past 27 years, bringing a lifetime of musical experience and a heart for ministry. She began playing piano in the second grade and has since used her God-given talent to lead others in worship with excellence and passion. Jo oversees the chancel choir, praise team, band, and Finest Forte, helping shape a vibrant and spirit-filled music ministry. Her commitment goes beyond music—she actively contributes to and organizes community service efforts, always looking for ways to serve others with love and compassion. She is a devoted wife, mother of three, and proud grandmother of six. Jo continues to inspire those around her through her dedication, leadership, and deep love for both music and people
