Joe Lowe

Lead Pastor

Pastor Joe has been in vocational ministry since 2018 where he began his career as a part-time youth director at First Baptist Church of Junction City, AR. From there, he has served as Director of Student Ministries at FUMC- El Dorado, AR, Student Pastor at First Baptist of De Kalb, TX, Lead Pastor at Olla Methodist Church in LA, and currently serves here at Carlisle FMC as Lead Pastor. He has a beautiful family, a wife and two sons. Pastor Joe completed a Bachelor's of Arts in Biblical Studies at Lancaster Bible College and currently attends seminary at Wesley Biblical Seminary. He has a heart to lead all people, young and old, into a deep and passionate relationship with Jesus!

Jo McCallie

Music Director

Jo McCallie has faithfully served as the Music Director at Carlisle Methodist for the past 27 years, bringing a lifetime of musical experience and a heart for ministry. She began playing piano in the second grade and has since used her God-given talent to lead others in worship with excellence and passion. Jo oversees the chancel choir, praise team, band, and Finest Forte, helping shape a vibrant and spirit-filled music ministry. Her commitment goes beyond music—she actively contributes to and organizes community service efforts, always looking for ways to serve others with love and compassion. She is a devoted wife, mother of three, and proud grandmother of six. Jo continues to inspire those around her through her dedication, leadership, and deep love for both music and people

Mary Eddleman

Financial Secretary

Mary has been in the financial industry since 1982 as a Credit Analyst and

Loan Officer. She retired from banking and began working at Carlisle First Methodist

Church in October, 2023 as a part-time Church Secretary. Mary is active in the

community as a member of the Carlisle City Council and active with the Bison Booster

Club. Mary is married to Lew Eddleman and has two children and two grandchildren.
